Lightbox & slideshow IE problem

First of all thanks for the good plug in. Currently I'm using Power Slide free version and for my sorrow i have a problem. In IE8 magnifier icon doesn't appear and lightbox window doen't appear. Doesn't work on first first load - but on reload

I am facing the following problem: I have set up Power Slide Pro on this site. The thing is: On initial page load the slideshow doesn't change pictures, but on simple reload of the page it works fine. This is only with FF not with IE and Safari. Can you help?
