We are busy implementing into all our commercial products an automatic version tracking system built directly into your download product. So downloads will be much easier, with also direct "version changes only" file downloads.

I also purchased Power Slide Pro some months ago and when I was looking for it for downloading, I didn´t find a download link. Will I have to buy Kupo Slides Pro at full prise with no discount?

Kupo Slides Pro is a completely new product - not just an upgrade, it was rebuilt from the top down. Anyone who purchased Power Slide within 3 months of Kupo Pro gets it as a free upgrade, so mail me your order number or order email and I can check if you get a free upgrade :)

I purchased Power Slide Pro in januar, so for me I suppose it is to late to get Kupo Slides Pro. And I also wonder - where did the documentation for Power Slide Pro go? Where is the link to download it?

almost a year is a bit to late ;) documentation is for Kupo Pro is now related to Kupo Base (same product version) and as you purchased such a long time ago you wont be in our auto download system.

If you still want a download for this version let me know and I will drop you a download link!

What have happend to the info/documentation for Power Slide Pro? In the module you have links to "You can get started with the guide here. You can help in the forum here. You can view the latest demo here.". Can ju just stop supporting and just cut out these links? The links goes to none existing pages! I found this as poor service and information. Just after 10 months Power Lside Pro for me "died"!?

I think you over reacting a bit - power slide no longer exists - it is now kupo slides base. If the links in your module dont work after 10 months thats pretty normal as our entire site was remade, also - strange that you dont know how to use the extension you have had for 10 months?

If you need help with anything, ask us via forum or support and we will help you out... but dont tell us our service is bad. no need for that when you have not even asked for any help.

Lastly - if you had just clicked from the top menu in this site on the resources > release guides link:

Ask us via forum??? When I click the link to the forum inside the module, it takes me to a error page, "Hmm... looks like we can't find that page!".

And is it not arrogant to say that I do not know how to use the module to a customer when you dont know that, and when did I say that I dont know how to use it?
My question was about documentation, links not working and where the download link for Power Slide Pro is.

Ah ok, I understand, your upset because 3 links in a module almost a year old are not working for you. Sound reasonable to you? The guides are on our site, under resources > guides.

I do not think I have to say this all over again (but I have to try), you just keep up the arrogant/sarkasm answering, and take no responsabylity for this issue. I was also searching with Google not finding any documentation for Power Slide Pro. It looked like PowerSlide Pro "died" just some month after purchasing it. I think that is not good.
I also think that you should give a discount for those who have purchased this just some month ago.
