Theme Joomla ("Theme Joomla", "Web Site", "Site" or similar hereafter referred to as) www.themejoomla.com is a Joomla CMS solutions (extensions, components, modules, plugins and addons) provider. These terms and conditions specified below apply to any communications, viewing or trade with the above mentioned entities and aliases.

• All prices exclude VAT or TAX applicable in your country, we do not charge VAT or TAX for our download goods. This may however apply to your country of residence however that is up to you and your respective Countries VAT or TAX laws.
• All prices exclude shipping and delivery fees if applicable, however this does not apply to our download goods, these are delivered inclusive to sales price.
• Prices are subject to change without any prior notice and Theme Joomla reserves the right to change prices if required at Theme Joomla's own will.
• Images are an indication of final product and may differ from product purchased.
• All quotations given by Theme Joomla are only valid for 7 calendar days from quotation date.
• All accounts for any form of services rendered are due on invoice date - Strictly COD (Payment made through payment gateway for example) unless prior arrangement (such as monthly debit or recurring purchase) has been made.
• All download goods will be delivered via mail download link, this is automated and will happen as quick as possible however Theme Joomla takes no responsibility for delays in downloads due to unforeseen circumstances. Download goods may also be available on site in a secure environment.
• Theme Joomla reserves the right to accept or deny any services offered to any customers based on Theme Joomla's own discretion.
• Theme Joomla can not be held liable for any data loss, specifically when supporting clients through client site, or through any service provided by Theme Joomla.

Refunds, Returns and Version Updates

Any downloads purchased from Theme Joomla will have it's purchase refunded (If requested by the client) only if the following:

• The download file is found to be corrupt on our server.
• The extension download does not meet it's advertised expectation.
• Any staff at Theme Joomla feel that the refund is justified.
• Excluding the above, all purchases are non-refundable after 1 week from purchase date unless communication or a support ticket regarding the purchase is in effect with the client.
• Version Update to purchased products will be available free of charge for minor updates but major updates and releases will be treated as new sales or dicounted sales to existing clients.
