Help Creating Menus

Hi. Could you please give me some guidance for creating menus in my fusionlite or color fusion site?

I am used to developing sites in NetObjects Fusion, where multi-level JavaScript drop-down horizontal or expand-out-vertical menus were automatically generated based on the site structure. I have also used a product called AllWebMenus that did the same in my sites. Is it possible with your Joomla templates to have horizontal and vertical multi-level drop-down or expand-out menus created automatically based on the section, category, and article structure of the site? Is this a feature of Joomla or of any Joomla modules?

I have mod_mainmenu and mod_exmenu-j15 installed. I also see the Super Suckerfish Menu item in your template parameters. But I haven't figured out how to set these up for automatic multi-level drop down horizontal or expand-out vertical menus. I am also wondering whether these modules can be applied to more than one menu throughout the site. There's a big learning curve for me in the move to Joomla. Any specific guidance you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much.
