Conflict with DnD & Advanced Module Manager
First off I have to say that I LOVE the DnD plugin. It's great to have the ability to drag items to re-order them. The only thing I ran into was the plugin not working correctly in the module manager area of Joomla!. I'm using Advanced Module Manager and can only assume that this is causing some sort of conflict. The sort column if grayed out so I can't even re-order by hand. I have to disable DnD for the re-ordering column to work again. If anyone has a fix, I would greatly appreciate it since I would love to continue using this plugin.

Glad you like the plugin! we recently (1/2 months ago) updated the plugin to only use the Joomla core javascript - the reason for this was so that there would be minimal conflicts, and if conflicts occurred they would be because of other plugins and not core issues.
That being said - there must be a java or CSS issue with advanced module manager's code. I will have a look and if anything pops out will drop you a message.
