Sorry to hear that - something must be wrong - as I just re-installed the same download package you have, and it worked fine here.Can you try to go to this address:
http://(YOURWEBURL)/administrator/index.php?option=com_kupo&view=checklist
And if that opens then make sure all installation items are not in read, then re-install. Also I would recommend clearing your cache as you might have a Joomla conflict.
If it still does not work please mail me your web address and a super admin login and I will login and see if I can sort the issue.
