Lumo replied change your URL method and check the following

Try open up your Kupo Admin Area, then go the extensions area and click on the settings link for the Kupo Slides Pro default template. Change the URL method from absolute to relative.

You see your server is not allowing for direct URL access, you can also give this to your server host and they will be able to enable it (your image url)

Also please check your version as we released a version update this morning which could help with issues like you are describing - you can update form your Kupo Admin - Version Checker Icon Link. If you still stuck after this please mail me a super admin account for your site and I will find the problem directly.

I get the following error: Warning: getimagesize() [function.getimagesize]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration

I'm using Kupo 2.03. Powerslides is really robust, super product, and I'm currently using it on one site, but I now want to use Kupo on three or four sites - all with same host.

Attempts to solve:
1. Changing to relative makes no difference
2. Tried it on another site (same host) by migrating from Power Slide Pro to Kupo - same problem
3. Have contacted Host. I'm not a php programmer, but could this be relevent:
We have disabled the PHP option 'allow_url_fopen'. This would normally allow a programmer to open, include or otherwise use a remote file using a URL, rather than a local file path.

I'm having no luck trying to copy that code - sorry. I feel stupid. Is there anyway to use Kupo with hosts which dont support 'allow url fopen'? (and remembering that Relative did not work for me). Thanks a lot and appreciate any ideas.

Hi There, sorry you having such hassles! Can you mail me directly the code and info you were trying to put here, plus also your URL and a super admin login to your site and one of our admins will get you sorted out.

Also please mail me your order email or order number so we can verify, plus you are aware this is a single license product, and installing it on 3/4 sites with 1 license is not alright?

If you get me that info I can get someone to look at your site and sort you out!

Thanks a lot Lumo - I will email all the details. I am aware of the licensing - if I can fix this problem then I plan to buy another 3 licenses.
