Magnifier button shows blank box

Let me begin by saying, great module (I've heard flattery will get me everything). I am currently having problems on my LindaCruse site (check my previous post for link), the magnifier doesn't load the image. It just seems to sit there with a darkened window and black box... Any ideas??

Usually you not getting any light box images due to the path to the image being incorrect, which you can check by viewing the source HTML of your page in your browser.
Otherwise, get it back online and let me know and I will have a closer look.

Thanks for trying to have a look, the customer requested it was taken offline until she was ready. It is now on-line can you take a look here. The link is under Who is Linda Cruse.

The main slideshow and carousel are working really well, so I don't think it's an image path issue... Perhaps we should try to get rid of the magnifier option??

Right! The image will not load because of your site SEO - which is not using the .htaccess method, and therefore is putting /index.php/ in your site web URL's... which ironically is not very SEO friendly...
So if you use the htaccess method, or install a SEO URL extension - like for example SH404 - that should solve the problem. Alternatively, like you say, I can show you.

Edit: oh! and if you optimize your images they will load way faster just a quick tip
