Your module parameters could have reset, check the settings and also check your installation checklist. I also think after checking your site that you may need to change your thumbnail method from absolute to relative.

The load time seems to only be an issue if there are many images. It appears that the large images are being cached prior to showing the first image. I even am using thumbnails instead of the large images resized for the small thumbnail displays and it still loads slow on galleries with many images meaning say 20 or more. If the thumbnails are all displaying just fine then I feel the only image that should be cached in this case is the first image because it doesn't leave a good impression.

Kupo installed component and module on my site. The characters (lines) appear very close to each other, as shown in the picture attached.

Lumo replied line height on your H2 elements

The slideshow headings are h2 elements - and based from your image above it looks like you are having a conflict with your template. From what I can tell is this is a line height issue, try opening your kupo slides CSS (located in components/com_kupo/extensions/module/kupo_slides_pro/css/extension.css).

Look for the H2 CSS style, and add line-height: 26px
