Image descriptions in Power Slide

I am just using the media manager to upload images into the slideshow but I cannot figure out how to give each of them a description? I assume that I am going to have to build all the images in a file on my computer and rewrite the xml file to be able to give it a description. The only thing that I can get to show up is the name of the image. Any help?

Which display method are you using? (XML, folder, admin)
Descriptions are created through either the XML method or the admin method - and I recommend you use the admin method (which is creating your gallery in the admin component)

I do not have the option for admin. I guess I would have to buy pro for that? I am using folder.

Yes, I recommend you go Pro as it has far greater capabilities than the free version, and we have recently included a powerful multi upload tool that can create content inside Joomla from images uploaded to the server (we've also included a multi file upload tool built in as well !!)
