Can't get module to show in Virtuemart

For several weeks now I have been using your excellent PowerSlide Pro module, however I am having trouble getting it to show up on my VirtueMart pages. I am addressing this question to you because I can get other modules to show up in the specified module position except PowerSlide Pro.

After installing VirtueMart, I needed to make a modification to my Joomla! site template to add a position for Powerslide Pro that I called "user5". This position shows up everywhere on the site including VirtueMart and as I stated above...the problem seems to be limited to PowerSlide Pro, since I can, for example, place an image module in that position and it will show up in both the general site and in VirtueMart. I assure you that the PowerSlide Pro module is set to "ALL" and there is a menu item pointing to VirtueMart. Did I somehow make a mistake in how I added the module position to template.html or template.css that only causes a problem for Powerslide Pro only in VirtueMart? Here's how I did it...I added the lines referring to id="slideshow"> and module "user5" below:

I also added this id in template.css:

You can see the results here which now displays a Powerslide Pro slideshow in "user5" located on the right side of the header photo. Then if you click on the link to the store, no slideshow. Once again, I assure you, the Powerslide Pro module is set to "ALL." That was the first thing I checked. Any solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated.

lightbox display prompts for user login

I purchased the Kupo Slide Show Pro just yesterday and got things worked out by downloading the latest release. I do get the lightbox to display correctly now however before it displays I am prompted for a login first. The reason for this I realize is that I have protection on the administrator folder so that unwanted users do not go into the backend. I find it odd that it would be trying to access that folder since it's running from the component or module side when being viewed from the website.

Powerslide Pro won't rotate with IE

A potential customer informed me that she could only see the first image in my galleries. I checked and found that the problem is with Internet Explorer. (Can't believe I was so dumb as to not test with IE.) It works fine with Firefox. I was using the free version of Power Slide, so I purchased the Pro version to see if that would fix the problem.

I've checked the size of my images. The largest is 210KB, and there are about 6MB in 42 files assigned to that gallery. All of the images in the gallery folders are JPG. Some of the template images are PNG, and I believe some are clear. Here is my site . The only gallery done with the pro version is Wedding 5. My web hosting service is Bluehost. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
