The thumbnails will be a server permissions error on your server. or script/file permissions, guaranteed. Either send us your URL and we can check it - or check your server logs. Also try changing templates to the default Joomla template to see if there is a template configuration issue.
As to the Multi-Upload, we will need to login to see the problem.

When I open up your thumbnail (resized) image link I get: Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /fotos/modules/mod_powerslidepro/resizer.php on this server. Which means you need to set the resizer.php script to read/writable on your server

The Multi Upload working Well, after change the permission on resizer.php.
Missing only the thumbnail appear in front page.

Great - but as far as I can see the permissions on the resizer.php are still not correct - as I still get 403 errors - you can also check your server logs and they will tell you what you need to change...

the file resizer.php are permissions.

That log just says that there is a missing 404 page to handle the error.
You see - here is the image & with your link below it throws out errors.
You can mail me FTP and I will try change the permissions for you if you like?
