kupo slides free and multiple content menu missing?

I am using the free kupo slides and very good it is to. However, when I hover over the components menu in administrator I do not get a Kupo menu item? I have the module installed correctly as far as I am aware as it is displaying on the page but without the ability to change text displayed or link targets I cannot use the module. What should I do to get access to the Kupo component control page?

Link problem with Kupo Free XML

Im using Kupo Slides Free and Im facing a link problem when I edit the <link></link> in mod_kuposlidesfree.xml of the sample. When I refresh the page it doesnt show the slides. Ive noticed that when I put the character "&" could be the problem. For example:

Changing Appearance with Kupo Slides Pro

I need to change appearance of the slideshow: background color, fonts color, remove or change some standard text, replace arrows images. I just can't find the right file. Could you help me please with that?
