Theme Joomla - Free and Commercial Joomla Templates, Components and Modules

Hi. I must be missing something simple, but I am only seeing the menu items in the style colors on my home page. Once I click on a link to go to any other page on my site,, all of the menu items are white. This happens in both Fusion Lite and Color Fusion.

What am I missing?

What Joomla version are you using - 1.0.x or 1.5.x?

If Joomla 1.0.x:

• Have you installed the controls module that came with the template (sitting in the modules folder)?

Or Joomla 1.5.x:

• Do you have the "Display Controls on front-end" set to "Yes"? If so, then make sure that your browser has cookie's turned on.


• Try clicking on one of the colors from the front-end and then try browse to other pages in your site


• Try set the "Display Controls on front-end to "No" and see what happens then.

Could you send me the url of your site to have a look at as I have just installed a fresh copy of Joomla 1.5.x and Color Fusion 1.2.0 and I don't seem to be having the same issues on my side

Using Joomla 1.5.

Same problem whether I display controls on the front end, or don't display them.

In fact, if I display the controls, they have no effect on any page except my home page. Everything else stays white.

I haven't posted my site to the server yet, so can't send you a url just yet/

In addition to solving this problem, can you guide me on how to change the backgroound color and/or image in the various modules? Are these easy changes?

Can you send me the source html of one of the pages that doesn't work. To do this right-click anywhere on the page and click "View Page Source" or "Page Source" for IE. Then copy/paste the code and email it to support.at.themejoomla.com.

As for the background color. In the template.css search for #main_wrap_out and change the color value to your own.

Each individual module's look and feel can be configured inside its parameters. Color Fusion & Fusion Lite comes with 2 module suffixes that you can set.

Go to the module you want to configure and then go to the Advanced Parameters tab in the Parameters section (on the right) then set: "Module Class suffix" to "-square" or "-rounded" depending on your preference.

My suggestion to you then if you still want to change these colors is to search for "-rounded" or "-square" in our comprehensively commented template file ([template dir]/css/template.css)

The problem resolved itself when I installed Joomla on a real server. There must have been something in the configuration of my local computer that kept pages other than the home page from displaying colors. Once I got the site installed online, the problem just disappeared.

I'll bother you more on specific template customization questions shortly.
