Hi Susanne, sorry you having some issues. Firstly - when did you purchase Power Slide Pro ? We renamed the product almost 9 months ago to Kupo Slides Pro - so it concerns me that you may have an old outdated version which could be causing problems for you...

Also try change the template to the core joomla template and then reload the page - as maybe you having a template java conflict...

I think I have bought your PSP in ending of Februar or starting of Marts last year. In the beginning there were some small probs, but with your exelent support things figured out very well! I did not have any problems with powerslide since then and until now. I´m not sure, what you meen with "core template". I´m not an expert :) - as you allready found out - but I doubt that the prob is on this page, as I tried to combine the multigallery on other fine working pages (with other fine working multigalleries from psp) and these pages also became white. .... What to do??? :(

What shall I do now? I had 24 galleries on one page - now I only can have 5!!!! If I add more galleries to the page it turns white again! this is not ok! Where is the problem? Can somebody pls help?

Your version is terribly outdated - and more than likely if some of your galleries will not show it is because of your text editor (WYSIWYG) which is throwing in weird characters.

Try disabling it and checking the titles and descriptions of your galleries and slides and make sure there are now weird characters and just plain text... let me know and if that does not work send me admin logins and I will check your site for you ;)

If you meen the PSP-version, than - what shall I say? You do not offer an update for a product I bought from you less than a year and less than 1,5 month before you shut it down! For full price..... But I will not complain - the PSP worked before and it does again (thanks for nothing by the way!). Your friend Shaski was a little more serviceminded and helped me wonderful last time. When you meen my JCE-editor? - I downloaded the newest version just in december 2010. As this website is my first project I´m not a prof and I´m not shy to ask for help - but here was apparently no help to get.... not glad :(

Have no idea why you being so negative... I am asking about your version to see if i can GIVE you an update... and also we did not "shut it down" it was upgraded to a newer version - would you rather we did not improve our products?

Your content editor is not rocket science for Joomla - it is a standard core part and I am trying to give you advice and help you - don't get upset with me because you not finding my answer simple enough for you to understand.

I also asked you for admin details so I can help you out - but I see you chose to rather complain and tantrum here. Here is some advice - you not going to get help if you dont help US help YOU - we not magicians.

As I told you very friendly in my second post - before I got upset about your rudeness - I bought your product in the end of Feb 2010. I never got an email from you that you upgraded PSP to a newer version, what I thought is normal when you give good service to your paying costumers. As you allready thought about or worked on the upgrade when I gave you money for the outgoing model, it would only be fair to informate about the comming new product or UPGRADE?

Well, we sent upgrade emails to about 45,000 registered users - all from up to 3-5 years ago. If you did not get yours take it up with your spam folder or email provider :) Please, feel free to point out what you think is rude in the thread above from my side, I'm not seeing anything? Actually, on second thought - don't- as I think I will get on with my positive life instead.
