Here is a quick fix to achieve what you are asking for. We will make this issue an option that you will be able to control in Power Slide Pro 2.0.

Open up:

[site name]/modules/mod_powerslidepro/js/tj.gallery.js

Search for the text:

read_more = '<span class="read_more">  <a href="'+this.galleryData[this.currentIter].link+'">read more</a></span>';

And replace it with:

read_more = '<span class="read_more">  <a href="'+this.galleryData[this.currentIter].link+'">MY TRANSLATED READ MORE TEXT</a></span>';
