I cannot seem to replicate your problem here - can you mail me a super admin account to your site - and if possible FTP details and I will sort it out on your test site for you?

In PowerSlide module - Advanced Parameters I set Gallery Fetch Method to XML and Thumbnail method to relative then applied it, and then set Gallery Fetch Method to PowerSlide Pro adm... strange but all working now. Tried settings many times, but only worked after.

It seems your issue is different, it seems your server just will not run the PHP inside the resizer.php file - which, as Skashi said in the support mail, means:

Can you check with your hosting company whether GD library for php is enabled/installed for your setup? I suspect it could very well be the issue. If not then I’ll have to figure out another solution.

I would say check the above with your host provider and let us know what you find out - also show them the links above...

Ok I logged into my other Joomla site on the same server. That has community builder and this is what it told me about my GD library:

ImageMagick Auto-detected ImageMagick 6.3.3
NetPBM Not installed
GD1 library Not installed
GD2 library Auto-detected, 2.0 or higher

It seems that any issues with resizing images is caused mainly by specific server setups - usually the culprit is the version of your GD library - as was in this case, or conflicts with other scripts (like jquery code).

We have implemented fixes to the best of our abilities to work around this, if you are still stuck with a problem with this (and have a power slide license) let me know and i will send you the latest version which could sort you out
