Thumbnail re-location

Hi, we are new to Powerslide (having begun with the Smooth Gallery) and are wanting to reposition the thumbnails into a static display at the bottoom edge of a single main gallery. Is this possible with Powerslide? We want then to attach an url to each thumbnail and leave the main gallery simply as an introductory sequence. Thanks

Hello! Unfortunately that is not possible at present, we hope to implement something like that into Power Slide 2.0 in the future though...

Ok, thanks for that. Saves us beating our brains out in trying to do it. But how about using multiple galleries with one large, predominant gallery and 4 other smaller galleries and then choosing to align the 4 smaller (in dimension) galleries along the lower edge and the one main gallery in the upper centre? Hmm, could work at least to give us the display we want. What do you think?

I think that could be done, but be warned - that would take a lot of CSS and coding - editing both the gallery and slideshow javascript files and the corresponding CSS files...
Not so simple, unless you are fluent in both code languages as above

Ok, take your point. I don't want to keep asking stupid questions but what about loading 2 separate Slideshow Pros on the one page? Then we can configure each differently to get the affect we want?

I hate to be the downer guy with all the bad news, but you cannot have 2 galleries on the same page, as the javascript variables get duplicated and cause mr MooTools to break

I think the templating system is what you are looking for, Skashi gets back in like a week - perhaps he can shed more light on this
