play and pause buttons dissappeared

I'm using Kupo slides pro. At first I did see the play/pause buttons, but later they disappeared. It does not matter whether I switch them on or off, they don't appear anymore. Read the forum and did re-install the module and component, didn't help. Also: if I switch off the gallery thumbnails, the slide info-zone also disappears. Any thoughts?

I cannot simulate your 2 issues locally. Can you put up your site on a test server and send me admin details so that I can have a better look.

There is a new version of Kupo Slides Pro (v2.1) which will be released on Monday, 7 March 2011. This version contains the fix for your issue.

You will be able to upgrade your current Kupo Slides Pro version by clicking on the Check Version / New Version button in the Kupo Admin Control Panel and downloading the necessary upgrade link file.
