Pictures disappear in IE

I am using the free Powerslide module. It was really easy to configure and works fine in everything but IE.

When I refresh the page containing the Powerslide module (in IE) the first image briefly appears and then disappears. When I switch between IE tabs, when I return to said page, again the image is there for half a second and then disappears again.
Once or twice, when I left the page open for a while the whole thing starts working again.

Thanks for the positive words Our module works fine in IE - I have tested it, what version of IE are you using? Also this could be a template conflict, or a conflict with other IE specific code on your site. If you can, try changing the template to the default Joomla template, and disable any other heavy javascript based modules.

Send me your URL to have a look, with a super admin account and maybe I can try find the problem. ugh IE.

I have same problem. When I have turned off the mootools, IE8 said that "Unknown runtime error, Line: 544, Char: 5, /modules/mod_kuposlidesfree/js/kupo.gallery.js"

Lumo replied you need to have mootools...

You most probably are having a conflicting version of mootools - if you disable mootools and check your source code (html source) do you still see the call to the mootools script? Joomla does have it by default, but it needs to be there...

Best way to trouble shoot this, switch your template to the default joomla template - disable any other javascript modules or code - then reload. Module should work fine.

If it is not working fine, then drop us a mail with your URL and we will have a closer look.

If it is working fine, enable each item one by one to fine the conflict.
