Kupo Slides Pro - Category and Sub Category

Hi there
Is it possible to have a category page with maybe 2009, 2010, 2011 (with 1 thumb + text)...and then when you click on 2009 there would be 12 sub categories (with 1 thumb + text) etc...I have tried setting up cats and sub cats but the main cat doesnt display...as in theory it contains 0 pics...any advice please...thanks

The sub categories are meant to be for a gallery-type layout that we have catered for with the Kupo component but have not yet developed. Essentially you would be able to have x number of parent/child combination's displayed as a front-end component and the final category would contain the images for the Kupo Slide Show. This is in our future plans but is not a top priority.

You can create multiple Kupo Display Modules and set the Kupo Category of images you would like to display for each module. You can use the built-in Joomla categories with content articles and then display the Kupo Display module in your content.
