It looks like you have a php error but it is not displaying in your screenshot. I've just tried a fresh installation of Kupo Slides Pro 2.2.4 and it is working fine on our dev environment. Which version of Kupo Slides Pro are you using?

Looks like the error is related to JCE:
"Fatal error: Call to a member function find() on a non-object in /1/home/hackademics/public_html/administrator/components/com_jce/helpers/extension.php on line 40"

I'm running the latest version of Kupo Slides Pro (2.2.4)
Any help would be great!

Ah yes, there is definitely an issue with JCE Editor. This might take some time to figure out a solution but in the meantime follow these steps to disable JCE Editor for the Kupo Slides Pro component:

In the JCE Administration go to Profiles then select Default (or the profile you are using). Then in the Components field select Select from list and select all of them except Kupo and save.

I will post the solution here once I've found one!

That solution (disable Kupo in JCE Administration) does not work. I need to disable completely in the Joomla´s Global Configurations. And I´m having this issue with 1.6 version too... Please, work in that fix, because it´s annoying to disable JCE every time I want to make changes in Kupo.

Ok I found the problem. JCE is using an element name which conflicts with one of the Kupo elements. This is actually a fault on JCE's side as they are hooking into a components domain and they have used generic naming conventions, hence the conflict.

I have come up with a solution and I am busy packaging the update. If you are upgrading your Kupo version, you will have to remove one file. This will be explained below the download links in the Check Version / New Version in the Kupo Administration so make sure to read the instructions carefully.

Kupo Slides Pro 2.3 has officially been released. It includes the compatibility issue with the JCE Editor. Remember to read the instructions below the download links as there is a file you need to remove which is causing the conflict.
