Don't see thumbs

I have installed joomla 1.5 in a sub map of this url. When I installed it on wamp everything was ok, but now when I installed the module the thumbs aren't appearing.

U can see what happens here. Can u plz help me?

LumoMongo replied Change "thumbnail method" parameter.

In the Power Slide module parameters, change the "thumbnail method" parameter.

You see, depending on your server type, and if running local or live, the paths to the images need to be either relative or absolute - so that's why we have included the option for both

pum2 replied Don't see thumbnails folder

I understand the above but for the big image I have:
/images/powerslide/ (the big images show up)
for the thumbs:
/images/powerslide/thumbnails
...but on ftp I don't see a folder called thumbnails.Does powerslide create its own folder for it? Or do i need to do it? and does it need cmod?

...and what do u mean with relative to site root? Do iIneed to place the whole address in it like this:

http://www.moddermandesign.nl/new/images/powerslide/thumbnails

LumoMongo replied Thumbs in modules cache folder

The thumbnail folder is only for if you want to create your own thumbnails (manual) - your auto resized thumbnails are located in your module's cache folder... this folder should be chmod 755...

This is the call to one of your thumbnails at the moment:

http://www.moddermandesign.nl/new/modules/mod_powerslidepro/resizer.php?imgfile=../..//images/powerslide/img5.jpg

And this is the call if you change the thumbnail method:
http://www.moddermandesign.nl/new/modules/mod_powerslidepro/resizer.php?imgfile=http://www.moddermandesign.nl/new/images/powerslide/img5.jpg
As you can see the second method works, and your first method gives server errors. In your Power Slide Module Parameters (open the module - parameters on the right), change the thumbnail method parameter.

pum2 replied I still dont get it

I understand what the problem is but I cant fix it it just won't work.
Plz tell me step by step what to do and where to put what.
Maybe that way I can fix it. Now if I put the location in it they still won't show up.

LumoMongo replied All you have to do is:

Open the Power Slide module in your Joomla backend.
On the right, module parameters - look for "thumbnail method"
Change this to the other value (either relative or absolute)

If that's not happening for you, send me your URL with a super admin account and I will have a look

pum2 replied I cant find thumbnail method

Edit: Maybe I got an older version or do u mean by method, the path?

LumoMongo replied Will send latest version

Yes, you do not have the latest version of Power Slide Pro. I have tested your site out and the absolute url path will work for you.

We will be sending you the latest version shortly which you can upgrade to (1.2.0).

pum2 replied Working now

It was the version. Looks great now on the website

LumoMongo replied Great!

Glad it is all sorted
