You can set this by navigating to your main menu, then click on your home page link (or any other menu link that shows more than 1 column) and change the columns parameter to 1. that should put it all inline and... good news is we have just released Color Fusion for 1.5 native, I will send you a copy shortly... Do a fresh install of 1.5 and install the new version natively, don't worry about installing the module and that should fix the possible java issue...
