Bedrock Template for Joomla!
Bedrock for Joomla is a grid based template featuring a host of new website features and several custom layout options. With both dark and light versions included in the download release, Bedrock utilizes optimized HTML, CSS (plus optional CSS3 elements) and JavaScript to provide a smooth and fast solution for your website. Options are configured from within the Chimera Framework (included in the download package) as Chimera provides a simple and easy to use administration area for the theme parameters plus the ability to do more with Joomla (like also have custom parameters in articles)!
technical features
Some core features include the optimized masonry grid system for articles, live grid box filtering, featured items within articles (images, galleries, videos), the use of Google Web Fonts, both animated horizontal (accordion) and vertical (suckerfish) menus, live backend version updating, the ability to have multiple live galleries and slideshows plus also built in support for social video sites. Other included features also include portfolio and featured text layouts, extended style guides and typography, media content styles plus the ability to run the template full width or in blog view if you like.
