Theme Joomla Easy Gallery Menu Module Guide

This guide is specifically for the latest version of the Theme Joomla Easy Gallery Auto Category Menu which is designed for use with the Easy Gallery Component created by Joomla-Addons.

We no longer support Easy Gallery, as the component is not one of ours and has become a commercial pay product. Therefore this is now an archived article for reference only.

Installing the Easy Gallery Auto Category Menu

Once you have downloaded the module and have your base installation of Joomla up and running; plus have installed the Easy Gallery component you can install the Easy Gallery Auto Category Menu as explained below.

1. Login to your Joomla backend site administration.
2. Now go to Installers / Modules from the top menu.
3. Browse for the latest module zip file - which you downloaded from Theme Joomla Downloads.
4. Click Upload File and Install, Then click continue on success.
5. Now go to Modules / Site Modules from the top menu.
6. Click on the TJ - Easy Gallery Auto Category Menu Module to open the module options.

Base setup settings for the Easy Gallery AC Menu module

Once you have the Easy Gallery AI module open, you need to set the following settings in the module to get the module functioning.

1. Set the module position to the position you want it displayed, set publish module to yes.

The following parameters are available when you open the Easy Gallery AI module from your admin backend; below are explanations on each setting:

When selecting the type of display, the 3 options work as follows:

• Vertical: To display a vertical suckerfish menu (like in side columns)
• Horizontal: To display a horizontal suckerfish menu (like in main long menu)
• Flat List: To display a standard joomla menu (with no fancy menu)
