Easy Gallery Advanced Image Module is out!

We no longer support Easy Gallery, as the component is not one of ours and has become a commercial pay product. Therefore this is now an archived article for reference only.

We have released the Easy Gallery Advanced Image module (yes, we know it is a mouthfull, so we like to call it Easy G AFI for short), which has multiple features for displaying gallery images in a module. We have used the Easy Gallery component from Joomla-Addons for a lot of projects mainly for the reason that it is simple and it just darn well works good.

We had a some requests for a more robust module for displaying images from the galleries, so instead of hanging around and waiting for someone else to start shovelling, we got our hands dirty and made a feature packed module.

• The ability to link to Image Gallery or Image Category
• Image can open in Easy Gallery lightbox directly
• Show or hide the Image Title / Name
• Show or hide the Image Description
• Show or hide the Image Read More link
• Set the module background color
• Set the module width (manual, fixed or auto)
• Ability to list multiple items, and specify specific images
• Abilty to show the latest, featured or a random image
